Yukon Government’s placer mining and quartz mining legislation and regulations require a number of applications at different project stages. The forms available on the pages below are only those required by Yukon Government’s
Placer Mining Act and
Quartz Mining Act. Other federal, territorial, and arms-length third parties manage legislation that impacts mining and exploration operations in the Territory. These bodies may have other application requirements that are not covered herein.
